Before reporting mishandled baggage to blue ribbon bags, you must first notify the airline your baggage did not arrive at the end-point of your flight. The airline will have provided you with the tracking information you will need to file the mishandled baggage report below.

UNDELIVERED BAGS, INCLUDING A VALID FILE REFERENCE NUMBER FROM THE AIRLINE, MUST BE REPORTED TO BLUE RIBBON BAGS . IF THE AIRLINE HAS NOT PROVIDED YOU WITH A VALID FILE REFERENCE NUMBER, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE AIRLINE AND COLLECT IT FROM THEM BEFORE FILING YOUR REPORT WITH US. BLUE RIBBON BAGS WILL NOT RETRIEVE FILE REFERENCE NUMBERS FROM THE AIRLINE. IT IS THE PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO COLLECT THIS INFORMATION FROM THE AIRLINE BEFORE FILING THEIR MISHANDLED BAGGAGE REPORT WITH US.

If you have not uploaded above, please submit a copy of this report to mbr@blueribbonbags.com and put your File Reference number in the subject line.
